In addition, this position will be directly responsible for leading a wonderful team of retail staff and providing the ongoing support they need to be successful in their positions.  

This position is responsible for managing the Branch retail function and ensuring that processes and procedures are fully implemented and compliant with Bank policies/regulations. Additionally, this position is accountable for coordinating and supervising the activities of the Branch retail team to maintain operational efficiency and provide prompt, courteous customer service/support.
