Portfolio Assistant - Bozeman

First Montana Bank is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented applicant who is looking for a professional career opportunity as a Portfolio Assistant. This position is responsible for providing senior sales, servicing and administrative support to business development and loan officers in preparation of prospecting, sales and loan documentation, maintenance of loan, deposit and prospect files. In addition, this position provides assistance to customers with bank account, product or service inquiries, problem resolution and the cross-selling of bank products and services, all within the policies, objectives and guidelines established by the bank.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
•    A High School Diploma or Ged; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
•    a minimum of one (1) to five (5) years’ experience in commercial as a loan assistant is preferred
•    or an equivalent combination of education and experience
