We are hiring a Bank Teller/New Accounts Representative in Missoula!  * Sign-on bonus offered! 

First Montana Bank is seeking an ambitious and energetic applicant who is looking for a professional career opportunity as a full-time Bank Teller/New Accounts Representative in Missoula, MT. This position is responsible for accurate and courteous processing of customer paying and receiving transactions, answering the telephone, assisting customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, and for other customer services that contribute to favorable customer relations and efficient operations. This position is also responsible for presenting and cross selling the Bank's financial products and services, utilizing the principles of the CARE customer service program, and operating within the policies, procedures, and guidelines established by the Bank, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. Position responsibilities may include assisting with consumer loan applications. Training and career growth are a huge part of this position and will allow you to discover new and exciting opportunities in the world of banking.

A High School diploma or GED is required. A minimum of 3-6 months of banking or related experience is required, although 1-2 years of banking experience is preferred. Cash handling and customer service experience are a must.

Real Estate Loan Originator - Kalispell MT

First Montana Bank has an opening for a Full-Time Real Estate Loan Originator in Kalispe MT.
The Real Estate Loan Originator is responsible for the origination of real estate loans contributing to the profitability of the bank while ensuring compliance with established lending policies to maximize the bank's growth and development. It is also responsible for monitoring and controlling loans and assisting borrowers throughout the process with an emphasis on building relationships. 

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of business development, marketing, and sales.  Attention to detail, effective customer service skills, an understanding of regulatory compliance as it relates to lending, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs are a must. 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have:
•    a bachelor’s degree in a related field
•    at least one to two (1 - 2) years of related experience and/or training
•    have a valid driver's license
•    have the ability to be bonded
•    or an equivalent combination of education and experience
