We believe that community banking is a business based on building relationships. We are seeking a Branch Retail Manager to support our commitment to both our employees and our customers.  

We are looking for someone to inspire great team performance, contribute to branch deposit and product growth goals, and model a high level of customer service. In addition, this position will be directly responsible for leading a wonderful team of retail staff and providing the ongoing support they need to be successful in their positions.  

This position is responsible for managing the Branch retail function and ensuring that processes and procedures are fully implemented and compliant with Bank policies/regulations. Additionally, this position is accountable for coordinating and supervising the activities of the Branch retail team to maintain operational efficiency and provide prompt, courteous customer service/support.

Qualified applicants must have 3-5 years related experience, 5 years banking experience preferred, at least 2 years supervisory or management experience strongly preferred, and a bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Bank Teller / New Accounts - Anaconda MT

First Montana Bank is seeking an ambitious and energetic applicant who is looking for a professional career opportunity as a full-time Bank Teller/New Accounts in Anaconda, MT.  This position is responsible for accurate and courteous processing of customer paying and receiving transactions, answering the telephone, assisting customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, and for other customer services that contribute to favorable customer relations and efficient operations.  This position is also responsible for presenting and cross-selling the Bank's financial products and services, utilizing the principles of the CARE customer service program and operating within the policies, procedures and guidelines established by the Bank, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.  Position responsibilities may include assisting with consumer loan applications.  Training and career growth are a huge part of this position and will allow you to discover new and exciting opportunities in the world of banking.

A High School diploma or GED is required.  A minimum of 3-6 months banking or related experience is required, although 1-2 years of banking experience is preferred.  Cash handling and customer service experience is a must.
