CCA Trainee - Kalispell

First Montana Bank is seeking an ambitious and energetic applicant who is looking for a professional career opportunity as a full time Customer Care Associate Trainee in Kalispell, MT. This position is responsible for accurate and courteous processing of customer paying and receiving transactions, answering the telephone, assisting customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, and for other customer services that contribute to favorable customer relations and efficient operations. This position is also responsible for presenting and cross-selling the Bank's financial products and services, utilizing the principles of the CARE customer service program and operating within the policies, procedures and guidelines established by the Bank, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. Under the direction of the Libby Operations Officer, this position performs a variety of duties in order to provide central support for branch operations and other bank departments, often providing an additional internal control by ensuring separation of duties, such as in reconciling accounts or reviewing diagnostic system reports.
