First Montana Bank is searching for a Real Estate Loan Originator in both Butte and Bozeman. The Real Estate Loan Originator position is responsible for soliciting/originating real estate loans, monitoring/controlling loans, and assisting borrowers throughout the process.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in the origination of real estate loans, knowledge of the process/origination/sale of loans to secondary market investors, and an understanding of regulatory compliance as it relates to real estate lending.
