VP/Compliance Officer – Missoula, MT

First Montana Bank is seeking a VP/Compliance Officer in Missoula, MT. This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of the bank's compliance program to ensure compliance with all banking rules, regulations, and laws.  The incumbent also serves as the Disaster Recovery, OFAC & Privacy Officer.  As such, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring that the Disaster Recovery and OFAC policies are current and communicated to the appropriate staff.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have: 
•   a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
•   a minimum of 2-3 years related experience and/or training
•   or an equivalent combination of education and experience
•   have the ability to be bonded
•   Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager preferred

On-Call Bank Teller Trainee - Libby MT

First Montana Bank has an opening for an On-Call Bank Teller Trainee in Libby, MT.  

This position is responsible for accurate and courteous processing of customer transactions contributing to favorable customer relations and efficient teller operations.  Duties include but are not limited to serving customers at the window and processing a variety of over‐the‐counter transactions, receiving commercial and individual checking deposits, verifying cash amounts and endorsements and issuing receipts, promoting and cross‐selling additional bank services and products, resolving customer inquiries as pertained to the teller function, carrying out customer requests for phone transfers. 

Schedule: Approximately 2 hours per week day with potential for on‐call help on Saturdays and during Summer. 

A minimum of 3‐6 months related experience and/or training is preferred.

First Montana Bank has an opening for a Full Time Real Estate Loan Originator in Bozeman, MT. The Real Estate Loan Originator is responsible for the origination of real estate loans contributing to the profitability of the bank while ensuring compliance with established lending policies to maximize bank's growth and development. It is also responsible for monitoring and controlling loans and assisting borrowers throughout the process with emphasis in building relationships. 

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of business development, marketing and sales.  Attention to detail, effective customer service skills, an understanding of regulatory compliance as it relates to lending and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs are a must.
