First Montana Bank opened for business May 15, 1913 in Libby, Montana as First State Bank of Libby. In 1963 we converted to a National Charter and became First National Bank of Montana. On January 1, 2010, we converted to a State Charter as First Montana Bank. Today, First Montana Bank, Inc., provides a full range of consumer and commercial banking and lending services in our nine First Montana Bank branches.
